At TrendGifts, we put a lot of time, care, and effort into making sure you have the best experience possible. But every so often, we miss the mark, and we're here to help you in case anything is wrong with your order.
If your satisfaction is not met within 30 days, please reach out to our support team at info@shoptrendgifts.com. Our 60-day money-back guarantee starts from the date of your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please initiate the return process by emailing us at info@shoptrendgifts.com.
To move forward with your return and refund, we have 2 options that you can choose from if you qualify for a full refund. Read below for situations that do not qualify.
Your first option is to get a partial refund back to your credit card, and you get to keep the products you ordered; there is no need to deal with the hassle of returning them. Whether you decide to keep using the products or if you give them to a friend or family member is totally up to you. Over 90% of people choose option number 1 because it's the best win-win, hassle-free solution.
NOTE! In order for you to be eligible for a partial refund, please note that the request to keep the item and receive a partial refund must be made within 60 days from the day of your purchase. Once you opt out for partial refund, we can no longer accept your return for full refund.
The other option you have, if you’re certain you want to get a full refund and you have a valid reason, is to return the product to our international warehouse. Unfortunately, you would have to cover the return shipping cost. I know this can be an inconvenience, but because we have customers all around the world, such as in Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA, that is where our return warehouse is located.

Your email for a damaged or defective product should include the following details:

SIZING PROBLEMS: Due to the multiple disclaimers about sizing throughout our sales process, we do not offer refunds or returns for products that are ordered and do not fit.
HEALTH CONDITIONS: As we provide ample warnings on every page of our sales process about medical conditions that are not compatible with our products, we are unable to provide full refunds for returns related to medical conditions, as indicated in our terms.
CHANGE OF MIND: Customers must have a valid reason for a full refund. As all purchases are final, except in valid cases, we cannot issue a full refund without a valid reason. Customers must try out the product and use it consistently before qualifying for a full refund.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for a partial or full refund, customers MUST use our product daily for 30 days (15 minutes a day). We believe that consistent use (15 minutes daily for 30 days) will lead to noticeable improvements. If you don't notice any improvement after using our products consistently for 30 days, you can request a refund, and we'll promptly assist you.

Order edits & Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after placing the order.
Once an order is in our system, it cannot be edited, and we cannot usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started. Therefore, it is important to let us know as early as possible.
If we are able to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it, and you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to do so, you can return your order to us using the process below.
Damaged or Defective item
Please note that, for health and hygiene reasons, items such as sticky pads or consumables may not be returned or refunded.
Our team always does our absolute best to provide exceptional service, but some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this happen every once in a while. If this occurs, please email us at info@shoptrendgifts.com with proof, such as a photo or, preferably, a video of the defective product. We will immediately issue a replacement.
Emails regarding a defective product must be sent within 3-5 days of the product's delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure that your full address is entered correctly at checkout before completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your order.
